Local Action for a Sustainable Tomorrow

We had a good Holiday Potluck. A full house attendance.
Here are some of the details (hopefully I get most of it right).
Alex - poached salmon dish
Ann - homemade apple juice & applesauce
Rich - quiche
Kris & Ken - beets & spinach quiche
Kurt & Lori - pecan pie
Sid & Laura - baked potato chunks, smoked salmon, PT cheese
David & Cathy - potato salad
Most items were within a 100 mile radius. Local wine as well. I know I missed something, I apologize and thank whoever bought any other items or if I got something wrong.
Sid passed out info on how to construct a simple worm bin. Susan emailed the group about possible meeting locations iat PA Library and council chambers. Sid will check out.
No meetings scheduled for:
12/18 - Sid and Laura will be in Tennessee
12/25 - Christmas
1/1 - New Year.
Next meeting is 1/8/08 at the barn. Hopefully we will have firm details on the sustainable farming class and a new meeting location.
