I'm trying to find some information about plastic bans both in the USA and abroad -- while I've found plenty of articles (and blogs that link to said articles), I haven't been able to find a resource that has cold, hard facts about where bags are banned, restricted, taxed, etc., and what the results have been, and the processes that led up to the restrictions, etc. So -- if anyone can post something along these lines, that would be just fantastic.
