Yukari Desjardins will present our next Information Evening on 30th April at 7pm - Chevallum School State in the Library. Yukari is a master of fermented foods and will share with us the many health benefits of including some fermented food with our meals. We are all familiar with the nourishing qualities of fermented foods but many find the transition to include this food difficult. Yukari will demonstrate the process and offer samples of her exquisite ferments. Yukari's teaching is nourishment in itself. Please join us for what will be a delightful evening.
