The Weekday Market opens today[8/21], in the Tango Center at 194 West Broadway, with regular hours M - F from 10am - 5pm.
This is in the building which, from 1929 - 1959, served as the daily farmer's market in Eugene. It was built for this purpose, and we are working to restore the original activity.
Today the market has farmers with superb fresh products: berries, vegetables, cakes, oils, jams, etc.
Today the market has food vendors: coffee, espresso, empanadas, lunch plates and more. Plenty of cafe tables and chairs, WiFi, etc. There's also music and a dance floor.
The market has artists and craft vendors.
The market has live music.
