Followed by walk to City Hall, to lament the decision of Burlington Councillors to withdraw opposition to a second Walmart Store in Burlington.
Come with friends. Wear black or something yellow. Be in solidarity for a sustainable Burlington. Show your support for a council that will show leadership for a livable, vibrant local economy. Support local businesses. Show your opposition to a sprawling, bigbox store urban landscape.
