LAST Meeting for Making It Last and the Action Planner

This will be our regular weekly meeting. Our focus will be on assembling specific information for LAST handout sheets for the Making It Last! Sustainability Event that is scheduled for March 21 & 22 and the LAST Action Planner
http://relocalize.net/files/LAST%20action%20planner-updated-2007-1128.xl... These LAST handout sheets will have specific information of one of our Focus Areas on one side and general useful information on the other side that are the highlights from each Focus Area.

Everyone is asked to select 1, 2, or 3 Focus Areas and come to the meeting with information or ideas about that/those area(s). Wi-Fi is available in our meeting room, so bring your laptops if you have Wi-Fi connections capability. As a minimum, Sid & Laura will bring their laptop for us to use in this information gathering process.

We will meet briefly, 5-10 minutes, to discuss general sustainability happenings of the week and then break into specific Focus Area small groups to work on the handout sheets and also to apply this information to the LAST Action Planner.

If we have new people to the group that night, Sid will meet with them separately to orient them to our LAST group and its mission/objectives. This way the group can focus on the tasks at hand while new people get information about our group and its direction.
