Home Depot stores are working with Puget Sound Energy to distribute florescent bulbs. I believe the program is running till the end of Dec. You can get a four pack of florescent bulbs for $3.97 and a coupon for an instant rebate at the cash register for $3.97. So you get the bulbs for only the cost of the sales tax ($0.60). Limit is two each time you go but I grab a couple everytime I happen to go there and have switched all my overheads to those. Kris' friend
