Statement of Intent

I intend to help people heal themselves and their households from the poisonous “American lifestyle,” by retooling and downsizing their household, much the way American executives retooled and downsized their corporations.

Americans wages are being ruthlessly downsized; We need to understand this, get angry, and hit back the only way we can – namely to stop spending money like it was still 1965. The American consumer is like an 8 cylinder spender in a land of 3 dollar a gallon gasoline. We are maxing out credit cards just to “keep the tank full.” This is insane. We need to redesign how we live so our lives require a lot less money. When enough Americans have done this, large corporations will experience extremely painful reductions in profits, while at the same time, those Americans will themselves experience less pain. It’s very simple – there’s going to be economic pain, so let’s transfer as much of that pain as possible to the corporations.

Concrete plans include gardening and arranging carpooling. A long term plan is to purchase some farmland and make a cooperative farm. The cooperative farm will absorb those who are unemployed or underemployed or just want to get out of the rat race, and keep them busy and maybe make some money.
