Kitsilano's first Car Free Festival: 17 block parties and counting!

Vancouver's annual Car Free Festival has expanded beyond
Commercial Drive and is happening in neighbourhoods across the city
this year. In Kitsilano, organisers are planning a unique event: dozens
of simultaneous block parties across the neighbourhood on June 15th. So
far 17 blocks have signed on, and you are invited to get on board with
planning a party for your block!

Interested, but not sure where to start? Please consider attending our block party workshop, April 13th, 2 to 4 p.m.
at the SPEC building (2150 Maple St). We'll be walking through the city
application process, and brainstorming ideas to make block parties fun
