Introducing the Livability Project
Livability Project is an educational and outreach organization that fosters awareness, vision, and action around relocalization and sustainability. Based in Northern California, our focus is to help communities and organizations evolve from an era of cheap natural resources to one of renewable energy and sustainable life practices. We do this by raising awareness through documentary movie screenings and speaker events; developing vision by designing neighborhood Livability Maps; and taking action by incubating local green projects and businesses, including bio diesel co-ops, energy conservation consulting, edible community gardens, permaculture workshops and more!
