This class began years ago when Harry wrote My People Are Hungry. It is his interest in nutrition which has driven his organic farming practices and is the focus of his many lectures here and in other countries, as well as a major part of The Transition Document in its 4th edition.

Workshop Focuses:
-what is nutritionally dense food?
-how to grow and process NDF
-is raw better? bio genic vs. bio cidic
-bio availability
-role of water, light, air in nutrition
-breeds
-nutritional supplements and aging
-a locally based diet; what's in and missing
