Sacramento Post-carbon Action Network (SPAN)

Here in Sacramento, the cost of a therm of natural gas was $1.07 during the September billing period. In October, it was $1.54. In November, it was $1.63. That's a 53% increase, and it's just a preview of what's coming. I am as displeased with this as anyone else, but maybe it will wake some people up!
