    Students, Wesley Caddell, Amber Mamakos, and I attended the recent Willits Relocalization Conference. Students presented a PowerPoint presentation, participated in the conference and networked with other participants. The students and I were videotaped for "Peak Oil Minutes."       Last Saturday, the Cohort 16 group took our Powerdown Project one step further. We invited Larry Robinson (former Mayor, now councilmember of the Sebastopol City Council) and Matt Steven (Facilitator of the Sebastopol Advisory Committee on Energy Vulnerability) to assist us with our template.         New College students are working on their template to assess current vulnerabilities to diminishing energy supplies, and identify sustainable low-energy alternative systems.
