Sacramento Post-carbon Action Network (SPAN)

Just discovered this sight a couple of days ago. Should have been sooner though. I met a member awile back at an earthship seminar. Was really impressed to hear about the progress people have made on the new legislation in SF. Is there anyone else from Roseville? Imagine it will be tough to bring the bad news hear in suberbia. Of course at over 3.oo$ per gallon the heads have to be coming out of the sand soon. Looking forward to hearing imput and action from others. We face tough times but as my drill sargent told me prior planning prevents poor performance.
