Gardening

Geoff Lawton, Pc designer, teacher said, “You can fix all the world’s
problems, in a garden. You can solve them all in a garden. You can solve
all your pollution problems, and all your supply line needs in a garden.
And most people today actually don’t know that, and that makes most
people very insecure.”

This quote comes from an email that I received from Keith Johnson of the Permaculture Activist. It was included with information about the relocalization network. The task of relocalization may well be the most important work that we can do. And the path takes us back to the garden.

This may explain why the refrain from Joni Mitchell's woodstock keeps runnning through my thoughts.
