Here are a few quick sound bites that may get your attention.

1) Non opec world production was less in 2006 then 2005. First time this has happened.

2) 33 of the 45 oil producing nations have peaked and are now in decline.

3) There is a nation has a 5 point plan to address the end of oil. The 5 point plan consists of these items
a) Conservation
b) Domestic energy production
c) Diversify energy production
d) Reduce pollution
e) Use International cooperation to acheive the above goals

What nation has this 5 point plan? ( Hint it is not USA )
