Big Cafe is a day of discussion and workshops.
The aims are:

1. To bring together people who have the will and ability to move Bristol towards a more sustainable future.

2. To ascertain what that future might be and how it can be achieved.

Why
Why should we strive for sustainability in Bristol? Here are a few reasons:
A third of the world's resources have been consumed in the last 30 years.

The rate of extinction of animal species is faster now than it has been since the death of the dinosaurs.

Since 1970, our world has lost a third of its forests and a quarter of its soils.

...something MUST change.
