This could provide input to Cotati 's planning process.<br /> As of January 2008, active planning documents in progress in Cotati include the Downtown Specific Plan and then the Cotati General Plan.</p> <p>History: Cotati is at a "cross roads" or Hub in Sonoma County. As the City develops, how will it want to fit into this cross roads?
