Recipe idea
Our after-market dinner each fortnight is a dish I call SeaPalm Noodles using Pak Choy, Lemongrass and Coriander from Sandy Creek, peppers and pumpkin from Riverwood and mixed seafood from Mel's Seafood van. Add a Laksa paste, coconut milk and lime juice, a fine Aussie white and enjoy the fresh flavours of local produce. If Italian is your preference swap the noodles for fettucini and use fresh tomatoes, parsley, basil, sweet potato, garlic and olive oil.
Music at the Market. Kel de Zac will be playing this Saturday. Their music is invigorating and exciting; come and enjoy this experience.
