pop_dragon_dreamingYesterday Perth's Gaia Foundation put on a "Dragon Dreaming" workshop for members of Post Oil Perth's Temporary Initiating Hub.

Dragon Dreaming is a technique developed by Perth Gaian John Croft that aims to foster the designing of "outrageously successful projects". This is achieved by focussing participants on their deeper motivations of why they are embarking on the project, ensuring these motivations are met, as well as balancing the crucial project elements of dreaming, planning, doing and celebrating and identifying and correcting sticking points in the plan.

Many thanks to Hub member and Gaian Bryce Martin for leading the workshop, and to the Gaia Foundation for use of the space.

More information on Dragon Dreaming can be found here.
