We are having a special meeting and are showing a fabulous presentation by David Fridley, scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, called The Myths of Biofuels. This is the best discussion regarding biofuels - from an energy, ecological, economical, and agricultural perspective - that both Professor Korpela and I have seen so far. David discusses corn ethanol, biodiesel, cellulosic ethanol and more.

David is also a member of the San Francisco chapter of the Relocalization Network and helped get the first Peak Oil Resolution in the country passed.
