Steve and Harry have collective years of experience growing, collecting and building devices for storage of all kinds of crops in a damp winter climate

Workshop Focuses:
-growing for storage - strategies for home and homestead
-post harvest handling
-nutritional tradeoffs
-canning/freezing/drying/fermentation: tools, processes
-roots, grains, beans, seeds
-bins, barrels, shelving, rooms, dark & dry requirements
-rodents, moisture, bugs
-expected longevity of nutritionally dense product
