There are 3 parts to this year’s exciting World Environment Day.
Part One – The Exhibits
You’ll find an auditorium full of exhibitors who have proven track records in distributing goods and services that help you to live in an environmentally sustainable way. The exhibits will range from all things solar, to tanks, cars….you name it! Talk to the experts! See their products in action!
Part Two – The Forums
Where else could you go to see speakers of the caliber of Prof. Ian Lowe and Dr. Graeme Pearman on the same stage. There’ll also be a ‘Hypothetical’ along the same lines as the TV show “Geoffrey Robertson’s Hypotheticals” in the afternoon, featuring local identities, including government representatives.
Part Three – The Youth Events
The Queensland Education Sustainable Schools Initiative will be hosting a forum to workshop environmental issues relating to their current curriculum. Other schools will be invited to attend. For younger children, there will be rides and interactive entertainment.
