Creating a Sustainable Sunshine Coast - Nambour to Mooloolah

We have an opportunity to do something serious about peak oil and climate change that will make a real difference in our region.

We are running a course, starting July 28 every Saturday for 11 weeks that looks at ways we can plan for energy descent.

We need people to enrol in the course to show community support for local government action.

If we do not get enough people enrolled we will miss the chance to really do something about this crisis.

Students will learn about David Holmgren's principles and permaculture perspective and be part of Australia's first Energy Descent Action Plan.

Please consider being part of this project and let people you know who are interested in doing something about peak oil know about it.

Without community support this will not work and things will continue 'business as usual' and we will have missed a great chance to actually plan and have some control over the future.
